Trust & Estate Paralegal
Kim works as a part time Trust & Estate Paralegal. She assists our Trust & Estate Coordinator in preparing probate and trust documents for the court and collecting information from our clients. Kim corresponds with clients, assisting them in collecting the proper data needed from their banking institutions and brokers to produce the accurate documents to complete an estate. Her job entails keeping accurate records for clients to assist them in completing a loved one’s estate or maintaining their trust assets. In addition to helping clients, Kim assistsour Trust & Estate Coordinator in maintaining files and organizing the department to maximize efficiency for our clients.
Kim has been married to her husband Pete for 15 years. They relocated to Manchester, CT from Texas five years ago with their three children. Their daughter, Julianna, is 13 years old and is a regional competitor in horseback riding and plays soccer for her middle school. Their daughter, Jocelyn, is 11 years old and plays travel soccer in Manchester, and their youngest, Joey, is 8 years old and plays travel baseball for the CT Capitals.Her children keep her very busy, and make her proud to be their mom. Kim loves watching her kids compete in sports, but when she is not driving them to practices or games she enjoysspending time at her family’s lake house in VA and playing with their English Setter, Summer. For the past three years Kim and her husband have volunteered as host parents at the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. They travel throughout Connecticut giving speeches at fundraisers to help support the camp.
Kim is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a B.S. in Biology with concentrations in Marine and Zoology.
