If you or your spouse served at least 90 daysof active duty in the armed services and at least one of these days was during any U.S. wartime set by Congress, you may be able to collect a veteran’s benefit pension. These pensions do not need to be related to a disability from military service.

A surviving, non-veteran spouse may be eligible for up to $ 1,130.00 per month.
