Time12:30-2:00 PM
COVID-19 has exposed the cracks in our tenuous system of providing and funding longterm care. Comprehensive long-term care reform is needed more than ever before. An important piece of this reform is having more safe, affordable residential care options, including smaller scale residential models. Such residential housing models already exists in the Netherlands with the Dementia Village concept.

In a “town hall’ style format, the co-founder of the Netherlands’ Dementia Village, Eloy van Hal, will discuss the value of small scale senior housing and implementing the concept in the United States.

This informational program will offer an extensive view of pre-planning and crisis planning tools, including trusts, Single Premium Immediate Annuities (SPIA), and the Caregiver Child Exemption.
