Covid-19 Message

As COVID-19 begins to have an increased impact on our communities, please know we are committed to uninterrupted but SAFE service.

  • All conference rooms and common areas are routinely cleaned between client appointments, including frequently touched surfaces such as conference table, telephone, chairs, etc.
  • On a regular basis, and whenever possible, Team Members are washing their hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20-seconds after touching a shared office surface.
  • Team Members must stay at home for a minimum of two weeks if a family member or themselves are showing signs of flu-like or respiratory symptoms. They are not to return to work until the affected person is free of a fever and displays no additional signs of illness, pursuant to the guidance and recommendations propounded by the CDC and WHO.
  • To support and implement “Social Distancing”, we are limiting person-to-person contact when interacting with others in the workplace (i.e., temporarily restraining from hand shaking, hugs, etc.). Meetings are held by phone whenever possible, and staff not required for an in-person signing are working from home.
