Racheal joined Allaire in November 2025 as a Medicaid Paralegal. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from Charter Oak State College and brings a strong background in healthcare contracts and Medicaid authorizations to the firm. Racheal works closely with families to obtain all information and documentation needed to ultimately get their loved one on Title XIX (Medicaid). She is responsible for preparing and submitting Medicaid applications, as well as maintaining communication with the Department of Social Services until applications have been approved. Racheal is dedicated to providing attentive legal support and ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the Medicaid process.

Outside of the office, Racheal enjoys cooking, reading, taking day trips with her family, and working on fun, creative projects with her children.
