Morgan has been with the firm since October of 2025. As a Medicaid Paralegal, she works closely with clients and their families through the complexities of applying for Title XIX (Medicaid), ensuring they understand every step of the process and their specific plan. She prepares, submits, and monitors applications until granted, providing consistent communication and support to help ease what can often be a stressful experience for families.

Morgan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Central Connecticut State University and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Management from Southern New Hampshire University which she will complete in September of 2026.

Outside of the firm, Morgan is actively involved in her community. She serves on the Park & Rec Committee for the Town of Beacon Falls, where she assists in overseeing the maintenance and accessibility of the town’s six public parks and helps coordinate community events throughout the year. She’s also a social member of the Beacon Falls Volunteer Fire Department, where she contributes to the planning and organization of annual fundraising events. During the winter months, Morgan spends her evenings coaching high school girls’ basketball at Lakeview High School in Litchfield, Connecticut. In her free time, she enjoys visiting the Outer Banks and spending time with family and friends.
